Your MissionYour project is a French online travel agency with a customer-centric approach. Your mission is to create enthusiasm around our clients' services and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reservations in a back-office capacity, including ticket issuance, modification, and cancellation.
- Assist customers in the after-sales process, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations and travel dates.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a positive and diplomatic manner.
- Handle inquiries and respond in a timely manner according to company policy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction meets both customer and company needs.
We are looking for a candidate with a natural talent for helping people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet. You should be customer-oriented, able to adapt to different types of people, and possess multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Native or proficient in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
- Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose fast solutions.
- Desire to develop personal qualities within a professional environment.
