About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our retail operations in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record in area sales management and team leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing Retail Operations - Ensuring that our retail stores are well-managed and meet performance targets.
  • Analyzing Sales Data - Interpreting sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Building Relationships - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, particularly Sephora.
  • Strategic Planning - Developing and executing retail strategies aligned with our company's overall objectives.
  • Team Management - Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing retail teams.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree - A master's degree from a reputable business school.
  • Experience - A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, with a strong emphasis on area sales management and team leadership.
  • Sephora Experience - Experience working at or with Sephora or a similar retail environment is required.
  • Language Skills - Fluent English is essential, with multilingual skills including French, German, Italian, or Spanish desirable.
