Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager Northern and Western France will be responsible for achieving sales targets, market growth, and ensuring product standards through proactive planning, distributor visits, and training in the North and West of France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales quotas.
  • Visit distributors and provide training to counter salespeople to improve product penetration.
  • Ensure all products, marketing, and related displays meet quality and service standards.
  • Act as a corporate liaison and attend business/trade events and strategic sales meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from customers regarding credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements

  • Strong business-to-business field sales experience with a bonus component.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good French and English communication skills.
