We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager (M/F) to facilitate, coordinate and grow the company's business in France and in Europe. The successful candidate will create business momentum and support sales team in developing key accounts, develop and motivate the sales force, and set the communication and marketing toolbox to expand the set of LUBODRY solutions.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in sales management, in a BtoB environment, within the mechanics industry, ideally with emphasis in surface treatment. They should know how to sell technical and industrial solutions with high value added to customers while keeping track on ROI, understand strategic issues of customers and offer them the right solution, identify and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and federate and manage a sales team.
The position is based in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France), with business travel in France and Europe. The attractive remuneration package includes a company car, smartphone, laptop, and competitive health plan.
