Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the geographic region of Northern Europe and France. The goal is to optimize customer satisfaction and independent dealer performance by developing and implementing a territory business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and agree on annual sales plans, associated budgets, and strategies, monitor performance and initiate corrective action where necessary.
- Develop and put in place policies and procedures to cover key sales areas and ensure effective systems are in place for monitoring compliance.
- Identify and develop strategies for revenue growth through networking and promotions, achieving planned targets.
- Manage the brand image of the store/product, develop and implement marketing activities to establish and grow the brand in the market.
- Analyze the market and local consumer tastes, customize offered products to suit local requirements while maintaining international standards.
- Manage stock within outlets, ensuring adherence to procedures and minimizing stock accumulation/loss.
- Manage staff training, development, and motivation, ensuring the outlets are staffed with the required numbers and caliber of staff.
- Analyze new business developments and monitor market trends.
- Represent the Company at various forums and events organized by dealers and customers.
- Develop new markets, appoint new dealers, and enhance technology knowledge.
