Channel Sales Manager for France and Spanish Regions

About the Role

AB Tasty is expanding its partner and alliance ecosystem in the French and Spanish regions, and we're seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to spearhead this initiative. This quota-carrying role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through and with our existing and new partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish and build strong relationships with key personnel at assigned Digital Agencies, Technology Partners, and Global System Integrators.
  2. Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives to drive a pipeline of opportunities from these partners.
  3. Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis to ensure they're effectively enabled for both selling and solution development efforts.
  4. Work closely with the Sales Teams to align on opportunities and identify new sources of revenue.
  5. Manage a sales cycle from the business champion to the final sale, leveraging your expertise in complex technology solution-selling B2B sales environments.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of channel and alliances sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling B2B sales environment, preferably in the Digital Experience space.
  2. Working knowledge of digital marketing agencies, systems integrators, and web development.
  3. Proven track record of growing sustainable channel partnerships through account planning, strong pipeline management, and sales execution.
  4. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Fluency in French and effective English communication skills (oral and written).

Compensation and Benefits

€100,000 - €130,000 a year, with a ratio fix / variable compensation plan (65 + 55, for example).
