About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team in France and Southern Europe, focusing on the SMB and mid-market segments. As the Sales Manager for this region, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, managing a team of account executives, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in a SaaS company.
  • Previous experience in digital experience or product analytics is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
