We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Salesforce expert to join our team as a Sales and Salesforce Coach. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving sales success and elevating results across our global sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training workshops, programs, and coaching on sales and Salesforce to improve business processes and performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate Salesforce solutions to enhance commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce best practices across the organization, promoting consistent and effective use and compliance.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as training records, schedules, and user progress, and present reports on training programs, user adoption, and system performance.
Requirements:
  • Advanced user experience of Salesforce.
  • Successful experience of working in and with commercial teams.
  • Ability to translate technical information into practical, user-friendly training.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, or willingness to learn.
