About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team as a SMB Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the SMB segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire new customers in the SMB market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to customers and prospects
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English (additional European languages a plus)
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
