Position:
Customer Service Representative with Fluent French and English

Location:
Paris

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Compensation:
Up to 35,000€ annually, based on experience.

Role Summary:
This position serves as the primary liaison for customers and distributors, ensuring their needs are effectively represented within the organization. Initially offered as a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order processing through the company’s CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with distributors to enhance sales performance and optimize inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors in the designated region.
  • Provide training to distributor staff on the company's order management software.
  • Address issues promptly and relay customer feedback internally to facilitate process improvements.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proficient in both French and English.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills and initiative.
  • A collaborative team player focused on process enhancement.
  • Available for immediate employment.
  • Legally authorized to work in France.
