About the Position:Due to ongoing client engagement, OPTINERIS YVELINES is seeking a Key Account Back Office Manager. This role involves collaboration with a leading player in the temporary staffing industry in France. Reporting directly to the Director, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing various stages of tender processes in partnership with commercial directors or autonomously. Proficiency in English is a plus, as some tenders may involve European clients.
- Conducting Business Reviews for key accounts and facilitating preparation meetings.
- Assisting in the rollout of new framework agreements and managing key accounts.
- Overseeing contracts and addressing client inquiries.
- Drafting and negotiating amendments and commercial agreements.
- Preparing, developing, analyzing, and automating client reporting and performance reviews.
- Delivering proposals and conducting thorough analysis of data sourced from ERPs.
Profile:You hold a BAC+5 degree (e.g., from a business school) and ideally possess some successful experience. You thrive on daily challenges, work independently, and are proactive in adding value to your projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and potentially VBA, macros, or AI, is an advantage.
