About the Role:

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Ulike Global. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to key clients.

4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to key clients.

5. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

6. Prepare regular reports and updates on key account performance and activities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Solid experience of 5 to 7 years in the SDA, retail, or beauty industries.

3. Top connected to decision makers at electronic chains/retailers.

4. Interest in the beauty industry.

5. Proven capability in negotiation and handling figures.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship-building, listening, and creativity.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Language Requirements:

French and English are required; Spanish is a plus.
