Chemours is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Western Europe to join our expanding Sales team. This role will report directly to the EMEA Business Director and can be based in various locations across Western Europe. The position may require up to 40% travel.

The primary objective of this role is to expand and cultivate the Chemours Titanium Technologies' business within Western Europe, particularly focusing on the Italian market.

This position is integral to the EMEA commercial team, which is responsible for the revenue and gross contribution across a vast territory, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, serving a diverse clientele in the coatings, plastics, and paper sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial initiatives within assigned accounts or geographical areas.
  • Implement our growth strategy and spearhead new business opportunities.
  • Foster and strengthen key relationships with existing clients in the region.
  • Exemplify best-in-class commercial practices.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain) to align on strategic and immediate objectives for each account/region and ensure effective execution.
  • Oversee forecast goal setting and achieve agreed-upon results.
  • Manage all financial aspects of the business effectively.
