About the Role
Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify the right fit for our services.
- Lead generation through cold calling, mailing, LinkedIn, social selling, and events.
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers.
- Determine the prospect's interest in our services.
- Participate in demos to improve sales speech and show presence.
- Schedule discovery meetings for account executives and prospects.
Hiring Process
- Phone call with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Interview with our Sales Manager.
- Business case with our Head of Sales.
- Reference check and offer.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
- A Bachelor or Master degree.
- Fluency in German and English, Spanish is a plus.
- A previous experience of at least 6 months in a similar role and industry.
- A first customer-facing experience and the ability to work under pressure to hit target.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent phone, writing, and active listening skills.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong ability and desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
- Ambitious individual with lofty career ambitions who shows resilience.
- Rigor and organization.
- Confidence in building relationships.
