About the Role

Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify the right fit for our services.
  • Lead generation through cold calling, mailing, LinkedIn, social selling, and events.
  • Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers.
  • Determine the prospect's interest in our services.
  • Participate in demos to improve sales speech and show presence.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for account executives and prospects.

Hiring Process

  • Phone call with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Interview with our Sales Manager.
  • Business case with our Head of Sales.
  • Reference check and offer.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Fluency in German and English, Spanish is a plus.
  • A previous experience of at least 6 months in a similar role and industry.
  • A first customer-facing experience and the ability to work under pressure to hit target.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and active listening skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong ability and desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
  • Ambitious individual with lofty career ambitions who shows resilience.
  • Rigor and organization.
  • Confidence in building relationships.
