Accor Cluster Sales Director Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cluster Sales Director to join our team at Accor. As a Cluster Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing business across all segments, including corporate and leisure sales, from both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to identify opportunities and leverage networks within the media.

Requirements

  • Previous senior leadership experience within sales and marketing required.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
