Unlocking Business Growth through Data-Driven Insights
Circana, a leading advisor on consumer behavior, seeks a Retail Specialist to support the European Sport Retail team in building relationships with retailers and driving revenue within our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with retailers and provide value-added insights to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present market overviews to retailers, leveraging data analysis to increase satisfaction.
- Gain expertise in EU Sport Retail market trends and track retailer store activities.
- Support the EU Sport Retail team with ad-hoc analysis and implement a monthly market overview deck for key retailers.
- Liaise effectively with Retail Service team members, Operations, Commercial, Product, Research Sciences, and other support groups.
- Service industries: Sport Footwear and Apparel.
Requirements:
- Education background in Business and Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in quantitative market research, ideally within the retail/sport sector.
- Experience working with data and exposure to Retail Panels.
- Analyze quantitative research and provide customer-oriented insights.
- Naturally rigorous and organized, handling multiple projects autonomously in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, proposing new ideas.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
