Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
At InterSystems, we are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to execute a strategy designed to raise awareness of our healthcare-centric products and solutions capability and develop new business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with Solution Partners and end customers to uncover potential opportunities for our healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Discover, qualify, and develop opportunities for InterSystems' healthcare solutions
- Meet regularly with senior management to identify strategic and tactical opportunities
- Act as the principal liaison between InterSystems and customers, developing and enhancing business relationships
- Motivate internal and external staff to focus on desired business outcomes
- Work with Sales Engineering, sales support, and technical teams to provide timely proposals to customers
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years' sales experience with above-average results
- Demonstrable track record of winning new name business and developing successful partner relationships
- Proven ability to engage prospect and customer organizations at all levels
- Technical aptitude sufficient for engaging with customers and prospects around systems integrations
