Commercial Sustainability Partner EMEA

Nilfisk Group is seeking a Commercial Sustainability Partner to spearhead our sustainability initiatives in the EMEA region. As a key member of our Group Sustainability and ESG team, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing dialogue with our EMEA customers on sustainability, providing technical support to our marketing and sales teams, and developing marketing and sales materials related to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to Nilfisk's strategic partner M2H in relation to all sustainability-related topics.
- Align the sustainability activities in the EMEA region with the group targets and strategy.
- Provide technical sustainability support to the EMEA marketing and sales teams.
- Develop marketing and sales materials related to sustainability, respond to customer sustainability requests, and participate in sales meetings.
- Drive the collection of answers to sustainability compliance questionnaires.
- Train local commercial teams in implementing sustainability in their customer dialogues.
- Feedback identified improvement areas to relevant stakeholders in coordination with global sustainability.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sustainability, refurbishment, or service, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations. Fluency in French and English is also required, as well as a talent for sales and marketing combined with sustainability insights.
