Job Description

We are expanding our business development team to support market reach and establish additional R&D partnerships. The successful candidate will manage their own R&D opportunities from prospecting to deal closing, including first introductions, CDA setup, R&D proposal drafting, and term sheet negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Propose high-value R&D proposals to partners
  • Add and update opportunities in Salesforce and other reporting tools
  • Communicate technical information to a sophisticated audience
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in biological science or related field
  • 2-5 years of business development experience in R&D agreement and license contracting
  • Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, public presentation, and negotiation
  • Ability to translate partners' needs into meaningful R&D proposals
  • Native or native-like fluency in English
