What You'll Do:
  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional quality and service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth within our upscale hotel environment.
  • Manage budgets effectively, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability for the property.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary teams to create innovative and appealing menus that reflect current food trends and cater to diverse palates.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and compliant operation.
What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, operations, and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
