The Role

You will be responsible for answering phones for small and mid-size US businesses within our client's software platform, routing calls, scheduling appointments, and entering customer information. As the initial contact and first impression for our clients' customers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably within the Professional Services industry.
  • You are organized, have good interpersonal skills, and are proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You have a working knowledge of ethics, US cultural affinity, and engaging communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting goals in fast-paced environments.
  • You are completely fluent in English, with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction, to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
  • You have a strong LinkedIn presence with 500+ connections.
