The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers.

The Role

  • Answer phones and route calls for small and mid-size US businesses within our client's software platform.
  • Schedule appointments and enter customer information into our system.
  • Be the initial contact and first impression for our clients' customers.

The Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of US cultural affinity and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
