The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route calls for our clients' customers within our software platform.
- Schedule appointments and enter customer information accurately.
- Provide a positive and professional first impression for our clients' customers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of US cultural affinity and English language.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
- 500+ connections on LinkedIn.
