We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at Accor. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Greet and welcome guests, check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner, and ensure all necessary information is collected and processed.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Associate in a 5-star hotel in the UAE.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and Arabic languages is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Prior experience working with Opera is mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders, strong communication and networking skills.
