The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
The Role
- Answer and route calls for our clients' customers within our software platform.
- Schedule appointments and enter customer information with accuracy and efficiency.
- Be the initial point of contact and first impression for our clients' customers, providing a positive and professional experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Fluent English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a minimum of 500 LinkedIn connections.
