Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at our hotel. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests are enthusiastic about their stay
- Managing the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Coordinating with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in the hotel industry, with experience in front office operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
