1. Overview of AXA IM Alts
AXA IM Alts, managing over €184 billion in assets, stands as a global frontrunner in alternative investments, encompassing real estate, private debt, alternative credit, private equity, infrastructure, and hedge funds. Our dedicated team of over 600 professionals operates from 15 global offices, catering to the diverse needs of more than 600 clients worldwide.

2. Department Overview
The Communications team is responsible for managing both internal and external communications for AXA IM Alts on a global scale. This includes overseeing social media channels, press relations, sponsorships, and corporate events. The team consists of a Head of Communication and two Communication Managers, all part of the broader Marketing & Communication function.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce editorial content for various communication channels, including social media.

• Write and translate content in both French and English.

• Create digital assets, including videos and images.

• Assist in managing and enhancing corporate social media presence.

• Support the organization of corporate events, both physical and digital.

• Conduct media monitoring and follow up on press initiatives.

• Prepare internal reports regarding all communication department activities.

4. Qualifications
Education
- Postgraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Management, or Finance.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic graphic design.

Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and matrixed environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English and French, with a preference for candidates whose first language is either English or French.
- A background in finance is not a prerequisite.

5. What We Offer
