AXA IM Alts, managing over €184 billion in assets, stands as a global frontrunner in alternative investments, encompassing real estate, private debt, private equity, infrastructure, and hedge funds. Our team of over 600 professionals operates from 15 global offices, catering to the diverse needs of more than 600 clients worldwide.

2. Department Overview
The Communications team is responsible for managing both internal and external communications for AXA IM Alts on a global scale. This includes overseeing social media channels, press relations, sponsorships, and corporate events. The team, part of the Marketing & Communication function, consists of a Head of Communication and two Communication Managers.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce editorial content for various communication platforms, including social media.

• Write and translate content in both French and English.

• Create digital assets, including videos and images.

• Assist in managing and enhancing corporate social media channels.

• Support the organization of corporate events, both physical and digital.

• Conduct media monitoring and follow up on press-related activities.

• Prepare internal reports on communication department initiatives.

4. Candidate Profile
Education/Qualifications
- Advanced studies in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Management, or Finance.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic graphic design.

Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team within an international and matrixed environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions.
- Fluent in English and French, with a preference for native proficiency in one of the two languages.
- A background in finance is not a prerequisite.
