Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant to the Finance Service, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Finance in the preparation of financial documents, as well as providing administrative and logistical support to the organization of meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Finance in the preparation of financial documents, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the organization of meetings and events, including the Administrative and Finance Committee.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of documents to be submitted to the Management Board.
  • Perform regular operational tasks related to the functioning of the Finance Service, including the preparation and follow-up of calls for funds and relations with external bodies.
  • Provide occasional support to the three Units of the Finance Service on administrative operational tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary education diploma (BTS, HNC, Bachelor, or equivalent diploma worth 120 ECTS to 180 ECTS).
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong skills in the use of computing tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ease of use of new administrative technologies.
  • Ability to organize work according to various priorities, well-organized, flexible, and adaptable, discretion/maintaining confidentiality, teamwork at all levels, ability to work autonomously and take initiatives, good communication skills, including diplomacy.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English and French.
Working Conditions

Permanent Contract.

The salary will be calculated on the basis of relevant qualifications and professional experience.
