Build Sales Engines and Scale Successful Teams

We support our clients in scaling their business by achieving functional excellence with a comprehensive approach in structuring teams to grow sales revenue.

  • Work with C-levels teams of clients on Leadership, TA, People, Sales Ops, Sales and CS programs
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Seasoned Senior Director, VP Sales, CRO, GM or MD
  • 10 to 20 years experience in Sales
  • A proven track record of building & scaling high performing international teams in SaaS Mid-Market: taking ARR from $5m to $50m minimum
