Lead Sales Executive - FX Solutions - Paris

Our Heads of Desk (HoD) play a crucial role in fostering a positive, encouraging, and motivational environment at Ebury, enhancing and sustaining sales performance through the training, coaching, and development of their teams.

A HoD is a leader who sets high standards and inspires their teams to exceed expectations. They leverage their experience and expertise to provide technical guidance while their passion for people energizes and drives performance on the sales floor.

This position represents a senior leadership role within our Front Office, paving the way for country P&L leadership and regional directorship opportunities across various locations.

About the Role

With a proven history of individual success in FX Sales, you will excel in a managerial capacity where you can achieve remarkable results as the leader of a team. As a natural coach, you will relish sharing your insights and witnessing your team's growth as a result. Additionally, you will possess the capability to devise sales strategies and techniques informed by client feedback and your market knowledge. You will be joining an established team and will benefit from a proven business model and robust support infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a sales team in cultivating prospects, leading by example, and mentoring your team. You will be accountable for enhancing their skills and facilitating their career advancement.
  • Engaging in pitching and closing deals with potential clients, both via phone and in-person meetings.
  • Overseeing the customer relationship for new clients to ensure seamless onboarding and initial transactions.
  • Providing precise forecasts of anticipated sales volume.
  • Executing regional sales initiatives for sales actions and training plans alongside your team and fellow Heads of Desk.
  • Ensuring compliance with company-wide sales methodologies and administrative processes.
  • Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
