Job Title: Sous Chef

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members.
  • Ensure high-quality food production, presentation, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Sous Chef in a luxury environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
