Accor Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled Executive Sous Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team at Pullman Bunker Bay Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team.
- Maintain the quality of food and services across all F&B outlets.
- Maximise productivity while controlling food and wage costs within budget.
- Review and implement service standards to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain health and safety processes and records.
- Develop and train future kitchen stars.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role and environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
- Effective communication skills with a growth mindset.
- Creative flair and willingness to contribute ideas for menus and promotions.
- Computer literacy, administration, and strong organisational skills.
In return for your contribution and commitment, we offer:
Annual Salary range is $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
