As a Sales Director at Bio Uv, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales portfolio in the target markets. Your primary goal will be to gain new clients through prospection and achieve sales through complex sales processes involving final users, distributors, integration, or design companies.

You will also be responsible for learning and demonstrating the company's products, delivering customer training as required, and maintaining contact with the After-Sales Service Team to identify opportunities and/or issues requiring technical support.

Additionally, you will provide feedback on any technical, financial, or marketing information or intelligence regarding the competitive landscape of the market, analyze and comment on the monthly statistical reports, and provide new actions and improvements.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Italian, Polish, German, Greek, or other Central/South Eastern European languages is a plus. French language skills would also be beneficial.

You will participate in National and International exhibitions as required and have the capacity to work autonomously from home and travel throughout the area up to 50% of the time.

5+ years of professional sales experience in industrial equipment or solution sales, preferably in water and wastewater treatment applications or related fields, is preferred.
