Job Title: Innovation Partnership Manager

Eramet, a leading mining and metallurgical company, is seeking an experienced Innovation Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key player in the industry, we are committed to innovation and sustainability.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our innovation partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partnerships, developing and implementing strategies for delivering innovation through partnerships, and building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new innovation partnerships, as well as manage existing partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for delivering innovation through partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that all parties meet the terms of the agreement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnerships with the company's overall goals.
  • Communicate the value of partnerships to the company's management team and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor partnership performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in innovation, open innovation, business development, or marketing.
  • Knowledge in mining operation and in the global mining ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
