We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information exchange between teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
