The P-PIT Platform, part of the Ellen Poidatz Foundation, provides a comprehensive range of services and medico-social solutions. It serves children and adolescents aged 0 to 20 diagnosed with a Neuro-Developmental Disorder (TND) and holding an MDPH notification. The Melun P-PIT Territory is dedicated to offering innovative, adaptable, and personalized pathways tailored to the unique needs of children and young adults with disabilities. Currently, they are seeking a:

Administrative Coordinator and Receptionist (H/F)Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and managing phone inquiries (providing information, guidance, etc.),
  • Handling and documenting calls and emails efficiently,
  • Composing, revising, and formatting various documents (reports, summaries, correspondence...),
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail,
  • Creating and maintaining user files with meticulous administrative oversight,
  • Coordinating vehicle schedules effectively,
  • Arranging transportation for users,
  • Monitoring attendance and absences of users,
  • Providing monthly updates on Resid ESMS (CPAM declarations, quarterly allocations),

As a proactive individual with outstanding interpersonal abilities, your attention to detail and professionalism will be key assets. You should be attentive, self-sufficient, responsive, and adept at prioritizing tasks. A collaborative spirit and strong writing skills, complemented by proficiency in computer applications and office software, are essential.

Qualifications

A Professional Baccalaureate in Secretarial Studies or a comparable qualification.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Employment Type

Full-time Fixed-term contract, long duration.

Compensation

Salary in accordance with CCN51.
