Work Environment :

The AXA Group headquarters (GIE AXA) serves as the hub for our corporate functions, providing essential guidance and support to our global subsidiaries. Here, we ensure the alignment of our global strategy, adherence to standards, and the sharing of best practices among our diverse workforce of approximately 1000 employees from 45 different nationalities.

Are you passionate about enhancing international mobility to advance our global talent strategy?

Within the Group HR framework, you will be part of the International Mobility Solutions team, responsible for designing and implementing our International Mobility strategy. This includes managing and coordinating international assignments across various Group entities and regions through a unified mobility platform and guidelines.

The role of an International Mobility Specialist is crucial in advising the business on our global talent strategy and improving the experience of our international assignees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert HR advisory on all matters related to international assignments, including immigration, social security, tax implications, and legal considerations.
  • Ensure consistent application of AXA's International Mobility processes and methodologies in line with the established framework and service agreements.
  • Proactively manage the assignment lifecycle in collaboration with HR and assignees, from departure to repatriation.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of cost projections, balance sheets, and contractual documents prepared by analysts within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare cost projections, balance sheets, and contractual documents as needed.
  • Mentor junior analysts in the team.
  • Support the International Mobility Business Partner and escalate critical issues promptly.
  • Engage in transversal projects and analyses.

Profile Requirements :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR within an international context, preferably in Rewards or International Mobility.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities and adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Knowledge of tax or immigration regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
  • A flexible team player.
