Are you an experienced professional passionate about shaping international mobility to enhance our global talent strategy?

Within the Group HR framework, you will be part of the International Mobility Solutions team, responsible for crafting and executing our International Mobility strategy. This role is pivotal in coordinating international relocations across various Group entities and regions, utilizing a unified mobility platform and established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Mobility Policy: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of our International Mobility strategy, ensuring adherence to policies and proposing enhancements based on evolving business needs.
  • Entity Relationships: Serve as the primary liaison for entities, fostering trustful relationships and understanding their talent strategies and challenges. Focus on optimizing efficiency and enhancing the assignee experience.
  • Expert Advisory: Provide expert guidance on complex mobility cases, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with key stakeholders in HR, Recruiting, Legal, and Finance to facilitate seamless execution and transparency.
  • Talent Management: Integrate an International Mobility perspective into talent management initiatives, collaborating with dedicated Group HR teams for effective analysis and reporting.
  • Provider Management: Oversee coordination with service providers, manage transversal processes, and engage in ad hoc projects and analyses.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team effectively to achieve departmental goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, specifically in Rewards or International Mobility, within an international context.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge in social security, immigration, tax, and labor law.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a multinational environment, managing multiple priorities with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous.
  • Strong people management capabilities.
