TikTok's Client Solutions team is a trusted partner to key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights to drive collaboration and long-term client partnerships. We are responsible for the day-to-day relationship and ensuring the success of advertiser investment.

About the Role

The Client Solutions Manager - Gaming is an expert in TikTok's performance and branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. This role proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimization of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes
  • Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with a focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve advertising offerings
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns daily to proactively improve results
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team
  • Focus on solution expertise growth within the organization
  • Assist with asset and data collection for various business needs, such as Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Review
  • Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Ad Policy, Creative, and Ad Operation teams
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of media buying/user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing
  • Deep understanding and experience of the Gaming ecosystem
  • Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
