Unlock Business Transformation with Our Sales Expert

As a Sales Expert at Dassault Systèmes, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned territory. Your primary mission is to engage with customers, position and sell our Industry Solution Experiences, Industry Process Experiences, and Roles to deliver revenue plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell on Value: Leverage assigned Industry Process Experiences/Roles within a defined territory to drive sales.
  • End-to-End Sales Engagements: Perform sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes, and consistent with IFWE Loop engagement.
  • Negotiation and Management: Manage negotiation with customers, complying with 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, DS policies, and ethical standards.
  • Sales Strategy and Growth: Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue targets and sustain growth objectives, leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands.
  • Market Analysis and Growth: Generate growth in assigned territory, according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis, in compliance with TARGET process, covering installed base, supply network, and new core industries.
  • Lead Conversion and Orchestration: Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities and orchestrate 3DS answers to Request For Proposal.
  • Client Relationships and Brand Promise: Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  • Best Practices and Analytics: Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned, including RCA, Analytics, and Loss reviews.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Provide an accurate forecast on 4 rolling quarters and FY, creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives.
  • IFWE Loop Champion: Act as IFWE Loop Champion for business initiatives related communities on demand.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Selling to C-Level Executives and experience in Simulation or enterprise software business.
  • Skills: 3DS Company Knowledge, Effective Communication, Effective Negotiation, Manage Ecosystem, Maximize Sales Value, Sales Process & Tools, Sales Strategy management, and Setting Customer Value Roadmap.
