At Dassault Systèmes, we're on a mission to accelerate digital transformation and drive innovation. As an Inside Sales Expert, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Expand and accelerate our business in Western Europe by effectively aligning our solutions with customers' needs.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including technical sales, customer success, marketing, business development, and sales operations.
  • Sales Process Management: Conduct end-to-end sales engagements, transforming marketing and sales leads into opportunities, and managing weekly sales expectations and forecasts.
  • Client Relationships: Engage with new prospects, reconnect with historical customers, and guide them through the journey from discovery to onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Negotiation and Compliance: Handle proposals, negotiations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with all company processes and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of end-to-end sales experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge or strong interest in Cloud and SaaS offerings.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal). Strong relationship management skills. Fluent in English.
