Microsoft Sales Specialist

The role involves advising and supporting sales teams across France throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial exploration to the development of solutions and proposals. You will identify and determine opportunities with our customers in close collaboration with sales colleagues, proactively taking responsibility for identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products or services to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategies and initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Assist in creating proposals for strategic and complex clients.
- Develop an understanding of our customers' needs.
- Support and collaborate with the sales team to manage and increase the pipeline and forecast visibility through our CRM tool.
- Relevant knowledge in the Microsoft licensing and contract landscape.
- Ability to use expertise to address specific customer needs and industry trends, identifying and positioning the best solutions for our customers.
- Proven sales acumen and good sales techniques.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly and convincingly explain complex concepts.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, methods, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industries and markets, including emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and legal frameworks.
- Ability to anticipate market changes and proactively identify opportunities for business growth.
- Fluent French and good written and spoken English skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the France region.
