About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Technician to join our sales team in Paris, France. As a key member of our team, you will support our sales managers in administrative activities and accompany them during the sales phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze prospect/customer needs
  • Maintain customer data and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on materials and presentations
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Bac +2/+3 in technical-commercial sector
  • Strong interest in technology and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and contribute to team efforts
  • Fluent French and a good command of English
