SOTI Inc is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in France. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing pre-sales technical support for our software products, collaborating with the regional sales team to consult with clients and stakeholders, and installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during Proof of Concept (POC) for prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for our software products
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team consultatively with clients/stakeholders
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience with experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS
  • Ideal experience as a pre-sales/sales engineer
  • Understanding and/or knowledge of business processes & sales cycle
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience
  • Any formal sales training - value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman
  • Experience with customer service/incident management software
