Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Assist Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in categorizing 3DEXPERIENCE (Cloud) clientele to ensure appropriate training and assistance, enhancing cloud usage.
- Track the adoption rate of 3DEXPERIENCE Works from the client perspective to secure ongoing subscriptions.
- Foster customer adoption, growth, and loyalty by establishing reliable relationships and maximizing product value.
- Utilize engagement points, such as Business Reviews, to understand client business objectives and advise on optimal use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in direct client management, preferably in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales capacity within a B2B technology firm focused on the ASEAN market, including ANZ.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Preferred: strong understanding of Manufacturing processes and the industry.
