Transforming HR Operations with Data-Driven Insights

Lem, a leading company in electrical measurement, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HRIS Project Manager & People Analytics professional to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our human resources operations through data-driven insights and streamlined processes.

Your Responsibilities:

HRIS Project Management and Process Optimization:

  • Lead cross-functional project groups and coordinate the various parties involved in the project, including Functional Experts, IS Project Managers, External Consultants, and End-Users.
  • Draw up functional specifications.
  • Oversee functional testing and acceptance, if required.
  • Monitor application development and maintenance (when applications are in production). Collaborate with process owners to analyze, optimize/internationalize, automate, and expand HR systems to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide first-level support for HR systems, addressing user inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure data quality of HR data in coordination with responsible departments.
  • Conduct HR system trainings and manage training materials in coordination with the HR Community.

HR Analytics:

  • Handle HR monthly reporting, including special requested reports, to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Human Capital Management and HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs.
  • Support various departments and projects with the required HR data.
  • Offer data-based recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Your Background:

  • Master's degree or higher education in the area of Data Science or in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant areas.
  • 5+ years of HRIS Project Management & Data Analytics experience.
  • Experience in HR and with People data.
  • Experience with PowerBI and visualization tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other HCM systems.
  • Hybrid working in the EU time zone.
