Nous recherchons actuellement un CHEF DE SALLE ADJOINT (H/F) pour soutenir notre gérant et le Chef de Salle dans la gestion de notre équipe. Notre restaurant est en pleine effervescence et possède un potentiel de développement prometteur.
En tant que Chef de Salle Adjoint, tu auras un rôle clé à jouer. Tu incarneras nos valeurs de convivialité, de bonne humeur et d'humour. Ta mission consistera à gérer, former et faire évoluer une équipe composée de chefs de rang, de barmans et de runners. Il te faudra également savoir créer une atmosphère agréable et dynamique.
Tu seras responsable des encaissements et des tâches administratives courantes telles que la planification, les commandes et le recrutement. Il sera essentiel d'assurer une coordination fluide entre la salle et la cuisine pour garantir une expérience mémorable à nos clients.
