About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Holding Compensation & Benefits Officer to join our HR team at Ayvens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing various processes concerning remuneration and performance review, benchmarking, merit, and variable pay in support of our day-to-day reward initiatives for the Holding and Central Functions perimeter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an advisor for the HR team dedicated to Holding and Central Functions on Compensation and Benefits (CnB) and reporting aspects.
- Implement the CnB policy within the entity and actively participate in developing and implementing CnB initiatives, process definitions, and systems implementation.
- Work closely with the Global CnB Team and collaborate with the Global HR Data team, the HR Business Partner, and finance teams on various reporting and data analytics projects.
- Challenge required data to build an understanding and provide analysis on people-related insights.
- Review completeness, consistency, and quality of the data received and conduct analysis to support HR in providing needed people insights.
Requirements:
- University degree in math, tax, legal, or HR.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a CnB position.
- First experience in benefits management and project management.
- Literate in processing data.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to discuss and convince at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to critically analyze information, recommend pragmatic solutions, and business-focused decisions.
- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, while demonstrating the capability to work with a high level of independence and autonomy.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Workday experience is a nice to have, as well as Business Object.
- French and English spoken languages.
