Job Title: Holding Compensation and Benefits Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Holding Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our HR team dedicated to Holding and Central Functions for Ayvens Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing various processes concerning remuneration and performance review, benchmarking, merit and variable pay in support of the day-to-day reward initiatives for the Holding and central functions perimeter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an advisor for the HR team dedicated to Holding and Central functions on CnB and reporting aspects
  • Implement the CnB policy within the entity and develop and implement CnB initiatives, process definitions and systems implementation
  • Work closely with the Global CnB Team and HR Business Partner as well as the finance teams
  • Involved in different reporting and data analytics projects and requirements for the team
  • Challenge the required data to build an understanding and provide analysis on people related insights
Requirements:
  • University degree in math's, tax, legal or HR
  • At least 5 -7 years experience in an CnB position
  • First experience in benefits management and project management
  • Literate in processing data
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to discuss and convince at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to critically analyze information, recommend pragmatic solutions and business focused decisions
  • Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work with a high level of independency and autonomy
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Workday experience is a nice to have as well as Business Object
  • French and English spoken languages
